Old Orchard Holidays is a family run business situated in the beautiful rural area of East Sussex.

Priding themselves with over forty years experience in the self catering accommodation business.

Brian Bennett, his wife Bonnie, and their daughters Abigail and Lucy all help to make

The Old Orchard Bungalow - Sleeping up to 17

On the ground floor of the property is a hallway with a good sized airing cupboard leading to a spacious open plan lounge. The lounge has an oak beam brick fireplace and includes colour television and video player. There is also a CD music centre video and DVD player. The dining, kitchen and utility area are also open plan. The kitchen is complemented with all appliances you would require and also items that would help you cater for a large group. There is a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, w.c. and basin and also a separate w.c. and hand basin. There is also a games room, which includes a quarter size snooker/pool table, darts and colour t.v. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, one king sized double, one twin and one family bedroom. On the first floor there are two twin bedded rooms and one family bedroom. There is also 2 shower rooms, both containing w.c., hand basin and shower.

You are most welcome to bring your own bed linen to accompany pillows and blankets at the property, however bed linen may be hired for part or the whole group. Terms being £10 per person, per week, which includes quilt, quilt cover, valance sheet and pillowcases. Towels may also be hired at £3.50 per person, per week for a bath and hand towel.

The Old Spinney Flint Cottages

These properties sleep up to 15 people in each bungalow and each has a drive suitable for 4/5 cars. Hall - Large. Leading off the Hall: Large Lounge with television video, DVD radio and CD Player. Leading of the Lounge is the Dining Room. With facilities for 12 people. The Dining room moves through into the Kitchen. Kitchen: Contains Buttermilk and Pearwood units, integral Dishwasher, Stainless Steel 5 Gas Hob with Stainless Steel Cooker, Stainless Steel Microwave and Kettle etc. Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Large Fridge Freezer. Bedrooms: Three bedroom lead fromthe hall, 2 medium bedrooms with twin 3' single beds and one good size Double Bedroom with 4'6" double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet, wash hand basin and shower. The Garage: Leads off the hall and is utilised as the Games Rooom with quarter size snooker table and football game. This room is 5 metres x 2.8 metres with windows and blinds. We move up the stairs to the landing.

The front Master Bedroom has two single 3' beds with wooden maple flooring. The room is exceptionally large being 6 metres x 5 metres approx. Next off the landing is a full Bathroom with bath, wash hand basin, toilet and separate shower. Last but not least is the Largest Bedroom being 6.5 metres x 5.25 metres approx. This is a dorma bedroom with four single 3' beds. Notes regarding the property. There is a patio leading of the Kitchen with chairs and Table. The property has full gas central heating. Within the property are the following: Lounge - colour television and video, cd music centre and DVD Player Dining/kitchen/utility area - dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, 5 gas hob with built in electric oven, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker and many more items that cater for large groups Games room - quarter size snooker/pool table and football game.
